Georgie Mitchell, who works as a professional wedding planner, revealed the bizarre story on an episode of the podcast The Unfiltered Bride, which she hosts alongside Beth Smith, who runs the company Etiquette Events Styling.
“On two occasions, this story was told to me. I wasn’t at this wedding, but on two occasions, it was recounted to me, both times by makeup artists. Let’s call her Jenny,” began Georgie in the clip that has already received over 900,000 views on TikTok.
“Jenny told me, ‘I did a wedding the other day, and you’ll never guess what happened.’ She said the bride needed to go to the bathroom just before the ceremony. This is like pre-ceremony. She went into the bathroom, and what she saw was enough to end the wedding.”
Then, Georgie asked Beth what she thought had been seen. “Was he with someone else?” asked Beth. “No, worse,” Georgie replied. “Worse than anything sexual, but he was there, the groom was there.”
